She asked me a couple of questions plus then told me that he had all of the items in stock. She could fill the order for me, plus easily have someone bring the items to our condo immediately. I wasn’t ecstatic when she told me that I wasn’t going to qualify for the 15% discount. I asked the employee if I could speak to the employer plus I was already talking to her. I tried to explain that clearly it wasn’t our fault the order was lost. I had that confirmation number in our hand right then. The employer agreed that it absolutely wasn’t honest not to provide me the discount simply because someone on their side messed up the order.
