There is a absolutely big reason why I didn’t go into the medical profession.
I don’t love the place of blood and I have a difficult time keeping things together when someone is in distress.
I’m not cool under pressure love some people. I still ended up in the medical industry at a marijuana dispensary. I have been working at the marijuana dispensary for the past 3 years. I love the task and the hours are versatile. I basically set my own schedule throughout the week. There aren’t big medical emergencies in the dispensary usually, however a couple of weeks ago something happened while I was at work; An older gentleman was in the store buying cannabis products. He was standing in line for a few minutes. I heard a commotion and then I saw a crowd of people gathering around the man. I told the security guard to check and see what was going on. I had no way of knowing what was happening until the security guard came back to provide myself and others an update. After all of the people moved, I could clearly see what was going on. A guy was having a medical emergency. He was holding his chest and looked love he was unable to breathe. We called 911 as fast as possible and the security guard performed CPR until the 911 paramedic could arrive. It was really a single of the craziest things that has ever happened in the marijuana dispensary. We had someone cut their arm on a display, however nobody has ever passed out in the lobby.
