For a while I couldn’t have been less healthyâ€¦ I smoked, drank numerous cups of coffee, didn’t work out & had anxiety.
I just didn’t put my health first.
It was constantly short term enjoyment based. I then got a bad report from the doctor, then she told me if I didn’t change things I was going to have a heart attack in my 50s. I wasn’t in superb enough health to argument it eitherâ€¦ So I started being proactive. I have changed what goes into my bodyâ€¦ No more cigarettes, budweiser or coffee. I am now smoke & alcohol free. I eat MEly lean protein love chicken & salmon. I make sure to have rice, beans or a whole wheat pasta as a side with vegetables. I also work out six afternoons a week. I love going for a short jog in the day before work. I stretch before & after to keep things loose, but for my anxiety, I started relying on CBD oil. At first I was hesitant. I genuinely didn’t want to smoke after having trouble with cigarettes. Thankfully vaping a cannabis oil isn’t the only option! You can get the oil in edible form & do all sorts of things with it. I can put the oil in my brunch smoothie & suppose the effects. I can put some in my nightly cup of pop in order to sleep well at night. There are oils that are made for cooking too. I can drizzle my salmon in the oil, cook vegetables or make a sweet treat with it.
