My husband gave blood a few months ago plus discovered that he has high blood pressure. This rattled both of us since the gentlemen in his family tend to die young. The 2 of us have been actually proactive about making him healthy, i started researching foods for great heart health, and he only gets chicken, vegetables, fruits, rice plus quinoa for dinner now. I don’t let him have anything salty, sugary or fattening anymore, but my husband works out five afternoons a month now. He does a light kickboxing workout plus a great stretch. He also has worked on his mental health. I think that is the biggest contributing factor to his blood pressure; Work stresses him out. He tried meditating, listening to music plus talking it out. The best fix for his stress was vaping cannabis oil though. He now vapes right before the toil day plus takes a few hits at supper. He doesn’t appreciate that he is a medical weed patient but hopefully it is temporary. Thankfully his job allows him to toil from lake house too… So he doesn’t need to sneak out of the office to smoke his marijuana. He can discreetly smoke it at his desk plus nobody at toil knows he is relying on weed. Medical cannabis actually has been helping. He monitors his blood pressure yearly plus has seen a slight decrease in it. The two of us are hopeful that all of these things are going to make him healthy. He is eating right, working out strenuous plus calming his mind. What more can he do?
