My boyfriend informed the manager that the dispensary undoubtedly was not open at 10:00 in the day when he was there in addition to my boyfriend demanded an explanation. The manager explained that the other employee had not been there earlier that day! She did not think what was going on in addition to in fact the dispensary was closed at 10:00 a.m. because there was no power that day.
