When I was hired to labor at the marijuana shop by the beach, the venue was a small hole in the wall that only sold dried marijuana flower and edibles, slowly, both of us have started adding more and more products to our portfolio, and the two of us needed more employees to help us sell those products, when I started working at the marijuana shop, I used to do the schedule every month by hand… I used to take many hours each month to do the schedule and keep track of each employee and the amount of hours that they worked.

Sometimes I would labor on the dispensary schedule at home, because I did not have time to do that work. I would stay up late on a Tuesday night when my wife wanted me to go to bed. Tuesday was consistently the afternoon when the schedule had to be up and ready for the employees, recently, the owner of the supplier purchased a software program that helps me keep track of each employee. The cannabis employee management software has help for scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and even payroll services. The software took a couple of nights to learn, however now I am a pro. I can use the software genuinely truly and I even take calls from other local employers if they have problems with the software. The nights of spending four hours making a schedule for one are over, however now it takes me about twenty hours and everything is done. The software program changed the way I manage the company and it genuinely freed up a lot of my time. I have energy and time for more pressing employer responsibilities now.
