Suffering is part of life or at least occasionally it is.
But for me, I have suffered with anxiety and depression since I was in elementary university, of course, I wasn’t diagnosed until well into my adult life.
That’s just how things were then. After all of these decades, I’ve finally found hope in medical marijuana. I live in a state where medical marijuana was passed just a few years ago. It took a while for the infrastructure of the whole industry to be put into site. On the advice of my therapist, I decided to apply for a medical marijuana card. I have tried every sort of antidepressant there is it seems like. While I’m thankful for whatever impact they have on my life, those meds just weren’t doing it for myself and others any longer. I was becoming decreasingly isolated as well. When it was time to go back to the office after the worst of the pandemic, I decided to continue to toil remotely. It certainly helped with my anxiety but only furthered my isolation, so I took my doctor’s advice and did what I needed to do to get access to the cannabis dispensary. It was suggested by the cannabis experts at the local cannabis spot that I try a selection of sativa and hybrid strains. The first time I tried one of the sativa edibles, it was care about the lights went on in my heart and mind. It’s been amazing to discover the benefits of medical marijuana. And for the unquestionably first time in my life, I’m easily gleeful about living this life.
