I called to place an order at the marijuana dispensary near me, because the website was not performing as it should. It took about 15 or 20 minutes to get someone on the phone. I had to call a number of times before someone ended up taking my call. When I finally got the manager on the phone, I told him about the concerns with the website. She apologized and informed me that I was the first woman to say anything. She assured me that she would contact the technical support team to have the issue taken care of as soon as possible. She made the offer to take my order over the phone and she gave me 10% off. I was less exasperated with the 20 minutes of calling after I got 10% off and the manager was especially nice on the phone. I ordered a couple of different items that I normally get from the dispensary near me. Some of the items are products called cured resin sauce. The cured resin sauce is legitimately gooey and it can absolutely get all over the place if the products are upside down. This style of setback has happened in the past with the dispensary. I was hoping that there were not going to be any drawbacks with the products that I ordered, but numerous live resin concentrates were all over. I contacted the manager because I was honestly mad. After all of the concerns that I had placing the order, I hoped that everything would be perfect with the delivery. Once again, the manager was legitimately nice and helpful, which made me feel more calm and at ease. She allowed me to replace products in the order.
