I don’t travel all that often, however I really need to start.
For the first time in almost 15 years I took a getaway, got on a plane, plus flew to the other side of the country.
It was an amazing time, plus I can’t wait to head back. I can see that I have been way too focused on my job for the longest time, plus I forgot about “stopping to appreciate the roses” as the saying goes. I went to see an aged college pal who lives on the opposite coast. I did not know until getting there that this state has legalized cannabis, plus not just medical cannabis, but all of it! I was overwhelmed by the number of legal cannabis dispensaries in the city, but it was completely normal for Sam. What was insane to me was commonplace to him. Sam was an excellent host, plus took me to what he considered to be the finest cannabis dispensary in town. It was a quiet, laid back place with a smokers lounge located next door to the cannabis shop. This afternoon there was a three-person jazz combo playing live tunes at the cannabis shop. I decided to get some cannabis plus a couple of packs of gummies, plus after that I hung around the lounge for an hour listening to tunes plus catching up on aged times. The place even had a cannabis cafe serving some good looking desserts, however I thought it was too early in the afternoon to get that stoned. Although the remainder of the trip was sort of hazy thanks to all the cannabis gummies, I had an amazing time plus I can’t wait to go back.
