Every weekend my pals and I like to go to the Res to have fun.
The Res is what we call the local Native American tribal reservation. A couple hundred years ago the US government settled with the indigenous people, and ceded them some land. What’s interesting to me is that the Res, and all tribal lands, are considered to be separate and sovereign from the rest of the country. They can make their own laws as they see fit! We love going to the Res because they have an amazing casino, and the best cannabis dispensary I’ve ever seen in my life. The cannabis shop on the Res is run by an old man named Bear, and every time I visit the place he is always there. I guess he is the only employee of the cannabis shop, or he is the owner and too cheap to pay for employees! I always make sure to visit the cannabis shop and get everything I need before I go into the casino. By the time I leave the casino I am always broke, so if I don’t buy my cannabis first I will drive home broke, sober, and empty-handed. The last time I was in the Res cannabis shop, Bear told me he just got a new strain of locally cultivated sativa called Two Wolves. Bear told me it was a unique hybrid cannabis flower, and would make me feel like I had taken peyote. He made me promise to not smoke any of this cannabis before I was home, because it would make me too high to drive.
